Brewed Chocolate and Widgets
Who doesn’t love warm, delicious, fluffy goodness covered with sugar – powdered, granulated, or cinnamon. And what goes better with fluffy, fried goodness than one of my favorite things… chocolate!!
Crio Bru (Brewed Chocolate)
If you like coffee and chocolate, you’ll love Crio Bru (not an affiliate, just love it!). Roasted, ground, and brewed just like coffee. They provide many flavors to choose from, you may just switch your morning beverage once you had a taste and the aroma of chocolate that permeates the room.
Chocolate is my comfort food and my go-to, so this pair just makes sense.
Beignets or Widgets
Fluffy, lightly fried and covered in sugar, powdered sugar or cinnamon. You can’t go wrong with these delicious concoctions of pastry goodness. Try them just as they are delivered out of the fry for the best results.
Though I would love to see how these taste with ice cream, they are the perfect pair for Crio Bru’s brewed cocoa.
